Join us for this 1-hour webinar to learn about nutrition and healthy lifestyles for children and families. We’ll discuss healthy eating, how to get moving, and tips for supporting healthy lifestyles. You’ll also hear about an innovative program called iAmHealthy Parents First working to improve rural kids’ and parents’ health. Training is online via Zoom and free to attend.
