Our Collective Vision:

Schools and communities where every child has the resources and skills they need to have the exact same opportunity for success in school and in life. 

Values: 

  • Listening to communities and school districts.
  • Providing links to universal, targeted, and individual services.
  • Focusing on trauma and social determinants of health. 
  • Prioritizing the training and education needs of schools, clinicians, and communities.
  • Collaborating with communities to create integrated systems focused on their priorities. 

Activities:

  • Education partnering with schools to find and share innovative solutions. 
  • Social Determinants – focusing on the prevention and mitigation of trauma by addressing social determinants of health resiliency at the child, family, school and community levels. 
  • Training - meeting the training and education needs of families, schools, clinicians, and communities through the use ECHOs, local on-site and distance training specific to families, school, clinics, and local needs. 
  • Clinical – linking to services that target both those in need of services and prevention of future need for services.
  • Evaluation – assessing and disseminating of evidence-supported, patient-centered approaches.
